Who Drives Healthcare Costs?
Eighty-one percent of surveyed Americans say corporate health insurers have the greatest influence on what they pay for healthcare.
The results point to widespread concern about profit incentives and claim denials. Public agreement about the problem, however, has not yet translated into meaningful structural reform.
